Tuesday Thoughts

Well, it was a great Christmas with my family. We went to Nags Head and stayed in a really nice place near the beach. We had a really great meal together and the overall trip was really amazing. I'm at home now on my last day off and I'm not looking forward to going back to work. I wish I could just stay home and not leave my family. Unfortunately, the mortgage isn't going to pay itself. In 2018, I will be starting my publishing company and that will be the end of me working for anyone else ever again! I will succeed because MY FAMILY DESERVES IT!

Anyway, I'm making the most of my last day off and I'm working on a few things around the house. After that, I'm going to drink some of this great wine I got for Christmas. Book number four, THE HUNTRESS is on the way people and it's going to be awesome! 2018 will be the year of change and new beginnings, for both me and my family. I want to thank everyone who reads my blog and I want to wish all of you and happy and blessed holiday season.

Tuesday on my Mind

I had a decent day at work today, some frustrations but what are you going to do. I'm at home now relaxing with the hope of getting a great nights rest. I'm looking forward to this weekend because it's my birthday and I'm going to have a great time. Well people, I'm shutting it down now and preparing for bed. Take care and may God bless you all.

Sunday - Day One of a Really Great Week

I'm sitting in my living room with my grandson playing at my feet. He's so much fun to have around and truly a blessing in my life. I can't wait to see the type of man he grows into. I heard from my publisher that the editing has been reviewed and we're moving forward to the next phase. By the spring time my next book will have came to life. I'm so happy man I feel like I'm floating on a cloud! Anyway, I'm going to have to cut it short for now and get my things ready for work tomorrow and spend some time playing with my grandson before bedtime. Take everyone who reads this message and have a great night!

Thoughts on a Saturday Night

I'm sitting here at home with a lot of things on my mind. I'm in the process of getting a business plan done for my self publishing business. I'm also in the process of getting my fourth book complete. I know I've mentioned it in a few past posts but that's because I'm excited about it happening. I'm planning on making 2018 a year of many great personal things happening for me as well as my family. My publishing company will be launched and my first series will be complete (5 books). I'm going to get myself back into shape and my goal will begin with losing at least fifty pounds of fat! That's right people, fifty pounds that I've been carrying around for far too long. I'm sick of looking like I'm six months pregnant and it's time for a change. These are not new years resolutions because I don't believe in making them. These are promises I'm making to myself for myself1

Anyway, I'm about to start drinking my newest bottle of wine while I wait on my wife to get home. I got some shopping done today and I plan on doing a little more tomorrow. I got the headlight replaced on my care and it costs eighty seven dollars! Who knew that a single items would cost that much! I'm hoping to get a little more sleep tonight because I got up at 4:30am this morning! Forget that man especially on a weekend. Weekends are made for sleeping in and doing as little as possible. Anything else is a travesty. Well, let me start drinking my wine and get even more relax. Take care everyone and be safe out there...happy holidays!

Hump Day Message

It wasn't too bad a day at work. I feel like I'm not getting enough sleep at night no matter what time I go to bed. I can't wait for the weekend to get here so I can relax my mind and body. My fourth book is in the hands of my publisher after finishing the editing. Now we begin the next phase as we move towards completion. 2018 is going to kick off in style with one more book to my series coming to life. Well, I'm going to keep it short and sweet tonight and get ready for bed. Take care to everyone who reads this and may God bless you all.

Friday Feeling Fine

2018 Goal Brief:

I have so many things on my mind right now. I just submitted my book after completing the editing. I'm excited that it will be complete by next spring. One of my goals is to get the Montclair Murder Series complete; ALL FIVES BOOKS! Books number four and five will be complete before 2018 ends! Book four, The Huntress will be complete by the spring of 2018 and book five, The Truck Stop by fall of 2018. Those are two goals for next year but not the only goals obviously. Another goal is to get my publishing company up and running as well. That's one of my top ten goals for 2018!

I've got to get back in shape again and that will be one of my goals/priorities for the coming year. I've never believed in making new years resolutions because if you want to make a change in your life, you shouldn't have to wait on the new year to get started. I'm starting this now and allowing additional time to reach my goal. I haven't decided on the amount of weight I want to lose but it's going to be significant. I want my six pack back and not continue to carry around the keg around my waistline! I'm going to buy a bike to ride because of the recommendation my orthopedist made.

Getting back to a more happier start of mind is one of my high priority goals. I miss being happy about myself and my state of mind and I need to get back to that. I have to get in my head to keep outside problems brought on by someone else away from me at all cost. When I kept other peoples bullshit out of my life, my life was a lot less complicated. This will be one thing that I WILL DO! KEEP OTHER PEOPLES BULLSHIT OUT OF MY LIFE TO HAVE A HAPPY LIFE!

Thursday Thoughts...

Well, I'm home after getting some twenty four hour bug. I feel like crap and my head is aching like a jack-hammer is trying to crack my skull open. I just ate something for the first time and I feel tired as shit! I hope I feel better tomorrow because I want to go to work. A four day weekend would be nice but I want it naturally, not because I'm sick. Anyway, let me go and try to get some rest and hopefully I feel better later on.

Tuesday on my Mind!

Today was a good day for me. Work is going good and I'm trying to learn all the new systems that are in place. I've been in the legal field for a very long time so making the decision to leave and try something new was scary at first. A man truly begins to live once he steps out of his comfort zone. I'm trekking down a new trail and it feels pretty good. Anyway, I'm studying for a test at work tomorrow and its getting late. So I'll end this message here so if you're reading this, pray for me to do well tomorrow. Have a great night of rest my fellow believers!

Smooth Saturday

I'm in my office at home on a nice quiet Saturday afternoon. I've completed my first full week of work at my new job and it was pretty good. I'm still dealing with the emotions of being back home with my family. I'm glad I made that decision to come home and be with them. It was a long road to get here but I'm glad I made that decision. I got a lot of work done today as well so now it's time to relax and chill. I'll probably take my wife out tonight on a date and spend some quality time with her. My daughter and I got through enjoying a DQ blizzard and now it's time to watch some football!

NEW YEAR, NEW OPPORTUNITIES! 1/22/2025
