Wednesday Thoughts #1 - 1/31/2018

Hard work, no matter how much it sucks pays off! You have to weather many storms in your life but the payoff is worth the beating you're going to take. I wish in my youth I'd been able to handle a lot of the storms that kicked my ass and caused me to quite. I guess with age comes not only experience but the metal to survive a storm and continue to push forward to the end. Victory is worth the time and effort you put in to achieve it. I had to get that off of my chest today and I'm glad I did. So let me get back to work and I'll be checking back in later on this evening. Continue to be safe and push harder until you reach and surpass your established goal(s) for today!

Tuesday Thoughts #2 - 1-30-2018

What an ass-kicking day today but it was worth the effort. I like days like this because challenges make you stronger. I got that from my dad by the way. At this pace, the rest of the week is going to b really sweet. Spending time with my grandson today made the day even better. Lily is walking in her walker and she growing stronger every day. Well, it's time for some dinner so let me get to it and to all who reads this, have a great evening.

Tuesday Thoughts 1-30-2018

Well it's Tuesday and I'm working hard at being me. Lot's of stuff to get to and through today and I'm excited about that. Spent the morning with my grandson and that was fun as always. Monday Thoughts 1-29-2018

The most satisfying thing going on in my life right now is my family. I'm so proud of them and all the things they do for me. I'm satisfied because I'm in a place of peace and harmony. I'm going to reach my goals for 2018 and I'm determined not to let negative fucking people get in my way. I had one call me today with bullshit but I quickly hung up the phone. Keep that bullshit to yourself because I don't want to hear it at all. I'm on a quest to continue to be happy and in love with the Almighty God! No one or no thing is going to interfere with that. Well, let me get off of my soapbox and have a glass or two of Merlot. Everyone who reads this, have a great night and remember that your special and you're awesome!

Recaping This Week

This week was pretty good overall with a lot of things accomplished. I'm excited for this week because I have a semi-major goal to achieve. Man it feels great knowing I'm going to kick it's ass up one side and down the other. On a sad note, I was at my Great Aunt's funeral today and she'll be missed. She was 97 years old and one of the most amazing women I've ever met. God has a true warrior by his side because she truly loved the Lord. Well, it's time for me to leave my office and head downstairs to drink some wine and watch some TV. Be blessed everyone and enjoy the rest of your Sunday.

Saturday 1-27-2018

The best thing you can do for yourself is to seek happiness. It's a very simple thing to want to be is happy. I've known plenty of people who got to bed and wake up angry at themselves and the world. I just don't understand that way of thinking. If you think your life sucks, I'm sure they're are plenty of people who'd trade places with you in a second. Anyway, I'm in my office now about to get busy with my day so I'll be back later on to get even deeper into my own personal madness.

Friday Thoughts #2 1-26-2018

The closer I get to accomplishing one of my goals the more excited I get. I can't wait to knock this one out and move on to the next one. It's only a matter of time before that happens. I've had a few obstacles to pop up along the way and that's because I briefly took my eyes off of my goals. Don't worry friends, it was a brief distraction and nothing more. Now that I have my eyes back on the prize, I'm even more focused than ever. I'm running at the right pace and it feels great. Once I get my finance situation worked out, the skies the limit. Thank you God for the strength to keep moving forward!

I know I use the quote below of "Dream Big and Dare to Fail" alot and I'm doing that for a reason. That quote to me speaks volumes on how if you have a dream that you should pursue it relentlessly and dare not to fail. "Once you become fearless, life becomes limitless" is another one of my quotes I love because I can speak from personal experience to that particular one. The moment I began to ignore the fear of failure, reaching goals became a lot easier. Don't let negative people sway you from the path your on is advice that I'd give to any one who'd listen.

Sometimes, the people who are closes to you are the most negative. Loving them is one thing but listening to them when they try to talk you out of pursuing a dream you want to make a reality is bullshit. I told one of my relatives this just recently; "You man I love you but fuck off if you think that you'll ever talk me out of going after my destiny!" He looked at me then walked away. I could give two shits about his opinion, especially if it's negative. Negativity is the bullshit that I don't want to hear out of YOUR MOUTH! Well my friends, it's time to drink some wine and relax. Thursday Thoughts 1-25-2018

I'm tire of people who try to take advantage of my kindness. They think I'm weak because of it and they're so freaking wrong. I'm at the point where instead of keeping them at a distance, I'm going to cut them out of my life completely. They can keep all that negative bullshit to themselves and leave me out of it. I'm in my office doing a positive thing by working on my books, reading my bible and praying to be blessed by the Lord. I'm going to do that all day and I'm confident that God will see me through to everything that he wants me to have.

Wednesday Thoughts 1-24-2018 #2

After a long day of getting stuff done, it was time to drink some wine and watch my favorite show of all time, the X-Files! Another awesome episode as always and the writing is really great for this season so far. I love to watch TV like this because it really makes you think. I'm in my office now and I'm getting ready to call it a night. Another hectic day is in store for tomorrow starting with going to the dentist office for a checkup. That is going to suck from the jump. I hope it doesn't hurt that much because I'll be the first to tell the dentist to stop and let me the F@ck up out of that chair! We all have tough decisions to make in our lives. It sucks because none of us look forward to doing that, at least I don't. You may have to hurt someone's feelings but it is what it is. Life is going to be hard and there are no quick fixes or easy solutions. You have to man or woman up and face things head on. Today was a great day spent with my family. My wife made an excellent meal and my grandkids were here and we had a really great time together. I'd love to have Sunday dinners like that every week if possible. I watched my Patriots win and they'll be playing the Eagles in Super Bowel Fifty Two! I'm in my office now getting ready to go to bed and get as much rest as possible for a very busy Monday. This was a very good weekend for me and I'm praying to have many more like this. It's a good thing to set goals and to achieve them. Each day you should do that like you're making out a to-do list. If you cannot accomplish a major goal you can make up for that by accomplishing minor ones. I did that for most of the day today and it felt great. I've always done that and by getting the minor ones done first will pave the way to get the major goals finished. I hope that everyone who has ever found the courage to pursue a dream went after it as though their life depended on its completion. That's my philosophy that I've adopted over the last fifteen or so years. I've stop saying "I'll try" and started saying "I will" and that's my advise to each and everyone who reads this message. The courage you need is within you so all you have to do is step out on fate and go for it. Well, it's my bedtime so I'll be back tomorrow to spread more love and motivation. Thursday Thoughts 1-18-2018

There's nothing like a productive day and I had a pretty good one today. I'm tired now and it's time to have a glass or two of some wine. I'm almost ready to submit book four for the next phase in the process of completion. Exciting times are ahead for 2018. My first major goal completion is just around the corner and I can say with all the joy I can muster it's a great feeling. I worked on book fifteen of my crime series today as well and that went as good as expected. My grandson is here so I'm going to go downstairs and spend some time with him before he has to go to bed. The work is nearly complete for the next phase in the production of book number four. I'm glad everything is going smoothly and the level of stress is dropping. I'm in my office now and I'm working on book fifteen in one of my crime series. That book should be complete by the middle of March barring any unforeseen delays. The moment you realize that you deserve a better life than what you have now is an amazing feeling. I've always believed that because of my upbringing. It was a very difficult life but it molded me into a very strong person. I believe in myself and will always do that even when those that are closes to me don't. I'll never show self pity or allow anyone to make me feel like I'm less of a man. Fuck them and all of their negative bullshit. Misery loves company and that can of company I want to have nothing to do with at all. Anyway, let me finish watching football and drinking my wine. I'm sitting here watching some football and having a nice time with my family. It was a pretty good day today for a Saturday. At my American Legion meeting this morning we got a lot accomplished and that's always a good thing. I like my post and spending time with all those Veterans from various branches and wars served. Thursday Thoughts 1-11-18

Well it's Thursday evening and I'm sitting at the computer with a million things running through my mind. I don't have to time or the desire to go over any of them. I just want to sit and let those thoughts linger in mind. The crazy thing is, none of those thoughts have anything to do with my goals for 2018. Those thoughts are wrapped in negativity and bullshit so I'm letting them run through my mind and not trying to let them come close to any of my thoughts about my goals.

Tomorrow, I do some major writing and soul searching. I'll be going over my goals on tomorrow because I'm confident that a good nights sleep will make all those bullshit covered thoughts go away. I'm going to have a glass of wine before bed and watch a little TV before I lay my body down to get some rest. Well, let me get my wine and getting ready to call it a night. I'm here at home with a sick grandson. I'm nursing him back to his fun up-tempo self. I'll be working on a couple books tonight so my night will be a long one. The Huntress is almost done with my review and I'm excited about that. I'll be working on my goal list for the year of 2018. I have listed my first five for the year and I'll be adding to the list as the year goes on. Well, let me check on my little man to see how he's doing. Take it easy everyone and be safe.

Monday's are unique, either it sucks or you hit a home run. I hit a home run today by simply doing the little things that matter. My Dad said to me once; "The simple things can sometimes bring you the most joy!" How right you were Dad! Cold Weather Sucks ASS!

I got up this morning to take my dog out and we both nearly froze our balls off and she's a female. I would love to live below the equator to experience 80 degree weather year round. After I took out my dog, I broke out the crock pot and fixed a nice chicken stew for my family. It will be ready in a couple hours and I can't wait to dive right into it. I'll be looking over my book again today for any misspelled words or grammatical errors. I live for the process of creating wonderful stories for all to read. THE HUNTRESS is just another one of those offerings.

Once I get that first copy, I'll post a picture for everyone to see. I've been staring at the cover of the new book for the last three days and I can't say that I'm tired of doing that. Like the birth of my children, I can't wait to hold that finished book in my hand. Man, God is awesome and I truly thank him for the gift of story telling that he's blessed me with!

Saturday Thoughts

I'm at home relaxing and working on my next book. I just spoke to one of my soldiers about having a reunion with the old crew from Darmstadt Germany. This will probably be the year for the event but long term, it will be even nicer to make it back to Darmstadt for the real celebration. I miss all the fun we had working together and the beer wasn't bad either. Well, let me get back to my book and I'll be getting back here for a message later on today. Take care everyone.

Book Four in the Montclair Murder Series: THE HUNTRESS

Well my beloved readers, my fourth book in the Montclair Murder Series; The Huntress is just around the corner. I received the front and back cover art and it looks amazing! The art department at my publisher is really great and they've done the best job on each of my book covers. I can't wait until it's finished and I get my hands on the first published copy. I love this process of putting the book together, it's really a great thing to experience.

Once this book is complete, book five The Truck Stop will be next and the final book in the Montclair Murder Series. It will be set for a fall release and the work performed during the summer to get it to a release date will be a top priority. These two major goals for 2018 will be a pleasure for me to complete. I'll have a difficult decision after book five on what book or series that I'll release next. One thing for sure is this; whatever I decide to release later on in 2018 it will be awesome.

SET GOALS THAT WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH JOY AND HAPPINESS AS YOU TRAVEL DOWN THE ROAD TOWARDS ITS COMPLETION. WHEN YOU ACHIEVE THE GOAL CELEBRATE BRIEFLY AND THEN PREPARE TO ATTACK AND CONQUER THE NEXT ONE THAT'S AHEAD OF YOU.

New Years Thoughts

Well it's New Years and I'm at home thinking about the new year just hours away. I'm going to force myself to step out on faith to make some major changes in my life. I know that those of you who have read my messages before have heard me say that repeatedly and that's okay. I usually follow through would what I say. In 2017 I came up short on only a few of my goals. Out of the twenty-five I set I managed to complete twenty-three so I didn't do to bad for myself. Anyway, I'm going to attach all of my goals for 2018 with a vengeance. I'm going to be successful and love every minute of it. Happy New Year everyone!
