Good morning everyone. It's hump day, Wednesday and I hope that you're humping has been going good so far. Once again I have a full day ahead of me and I'm ready to take on all challenges. I'm about to finish writing another book as well so today is really about completion. I think about where I am right now and where I'd like to be by the end of the year. Tuesday Thoughts #1 - 5/29/2018

Good afternoon everyone. Just another fantastic Tuesday on tap for me. Hard work is challenging but the reward is worth all the blood, sweat and tears you share. I got up this morning and went outside to get my copy of the Wall Street Journal that I have delivered and nearly had a heart attack with this group of birds flew out of the giant potted plant sitting on my porch. I thought I was in the remake of Hitchcock's "The Birds" for a moment. I nearly peed my shorts when they just came out of nowhere and flew past my head. I don't need a rush like that first thing in the morning after waking up!

Anyway, my day is going pretty good right now and I'm feeling even better after a good nights sleep. I just came back from lunch with my wife who took me out for some quick quality time. I have to prepare myself mentally for the rest of the day. My focus is a little off because lunch was really good. Anyway, let me get back to it and I'll try to be back later on today with an update and the finally.

Good morning everyone. On this Memorial Day let us not focus on the barbeque but on the true meaning of the holiday. As a Veteran, this is one of the most important holidays of the year for me. I want to thank all of those Vets who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country. That sacrifice will never be forgotten. Saturday Thoughts #1 5/26/2018

Good evening everyone. It's Saturday evening and I'm in my office relaxing after a very busy day. I used my new lawnmower for the first time today and it worked pretty good. It took me about an hour and a half to cut my lawn. My hedges were okay and didn't need trimming and after I took a nice long shower, relaxing was just the ticket.  Tomorrow should be pretty chilled as well so I might do some grilling on the bbq. Good morning everyone. I always get excited about Wednesday because it's a special day for me. I went back and checked on the calendar the day I was born and it was on a Wednesday. I love this day because it's the day I came into the world kicking and screaming with a full head of hair and an attitude to match. This day rocks because it's the day when my legend began. I would challenge everyone to go back and look at the day of the week that you were born. Tuesday Thoughts #1 - 5/22/2018

Good morning everyone. Today is the kind of day that you want to attack from the moment you get out of bed. You want to kneel down by the side of your bed and pray first before you begin your day because that's what I do when I first get up in the morning is to pray. I do this because I know it's going to begin my day in the right direction. My relationship with God is the most important thing in my life. If you don't have a relationship, I suggest you get one. It's as easy as stopping what you're doing and praying; that's it! I have so much to do today and I need to get going so that I may finish strong and reward myself when I'm done.

I'm hopeful that my books will arrive today so that I may open the box and celebrate another accomplishment that I've achieved. I love writing and it's so fulfilling for me to be blessed with the gift of story telling. My dad was a great story teller and I enjoy each and every time he would tell me something from his past. It was historical, educational and a lot of times extremely funny. I miss my dad and all of his wisdom. He was a great man and my hero. I hope that my daughters can look at me one day with the same awe and pride that I did with my dad. Well, I guess I better get busy now and work on my first of many tasks for today. Good afternoon everyone. It was tough but I managed to take care of everything I needed to do today with a little time left over to relax. It's near dinner time and I can't wait because I'm so hungry. I should be getting copies of my next book via UPS any day now and I can't wait. Monday Thoughts #1 - 5/21/2018

Good morning everyone. It's Monday so let's try to keep it together until the end of the day. I'm dealing with a few things this morning that's going to make it really hard not to put me in a bad mood. When you're dealing with idiots, sometimes you just have to step away and let them be idiots. Misery loves company and that's company that I don't want. Negative people suck and I refuse to let negativity start my day off!

Anyway, let me get away from that bullshit and focus on something a lot more positive: THE HUNTRESS, Book 4 of the Montclair Murders! That's how I'm going to kick off today's positive news with my book being complete! That news is really going to make the haters mad and as always, I could give a shit! It feels really good when you accomplish a major goal in your life and you do it with hard work, determination and focus. Late the haters be mad, I'm going to win and win big!

My youngest child we be getting her learners permit soon and I'm so happy and proud of her. It's going to be nice for my baby to drive me around town. I'm excited as if it was me driving my father for the first time. I'm closing out the first book in the spin off series of the Montclair Murders and I'm very happy and excited about that first book as well. Sunday Thoughts - 5/20/2018

Good afternoon everyone. It's just another lazy Sunday at home relaxing with my family. Tomorrow is going to be another busy Monday with a ton of stuff to do. I'm just sitting here watching tv and thinking about this week and what I have to get done. My newest book should be arriving and I'm excited about that. It's been a while coming but I'm glad the time has come. Hopefully this week the new job calls me so I can get started. Good afternoon everyone. The weather really spoil my opportunity to do some grilling. I was ready to fire up the grill but it started raining last night and hasn't stopped yet. This sucks because I really  wanted to get outside and enjoy myself today. I almost morphed into Gene Kelly; "Singing in the Rain" for just a moment. Thoughtful Thursday Thoughts #1 - 5/17/2018

Good morning everyone. I got up this morning feeling pretty good. I was able to drive my daughter to school and have a pretty good breakfast. I'm wrapping up my first book in the follow up series to the Montclair Murders. This series is titled: The Montclair Murder Series - Kelvin Kettle’s Flock. It should be about five books in this series as well and I'm so excited about completing the first book in that series. My fourth book in the Montclair Murders should be arriving either today or tomorrow and I can't wait to hold it in my hands. It's like the birth of a child to me because it's so special.

I want to go on a trip at the end of this year around October or December. Germany is on my radar and I'd like to attend the Frankfurt Book Fair which is being held in October. My family's annual vacation to Germany is in December so I'm torn between which one to do or maybe just do both! I know that next year I will be attending the Paris and London Book Fairs. I haven't been to either since March 2014 and that's unacceptable. I'm so ready to get back on my travel grind again and it will begin starting at the end of this year. By then I'll have the entire Montclair Murder series complete as well as a few other books along the way.

Wednesday Thoughts #2 - 5/16/2018

Good evening everyone. It was a long but challenging day for me. I got so much stuff done and I'm exhausted. I'm so ready for bed and it's only 7:50pm. I will definitely need a good nights sleep tonight because tomorrow is going to be even more hectic. I'm ready for it too and that's the fun part about life, prepare mentally and physically for anything that comes your way and you'll be fine. I had a great workout today as well and burned a ton of calories. Anyway, let me go and get my glass of wine and relax. It won't be up on the website until later on next month. However, you can buy it on all of the usual electronic mediums. I'll be submitting book number five in the Montclair Murder Series this summer for a fall release. Man I love this time of the season when things are coming together for me. Hard work does pay off and I've been working as hard as I can manage. It's raining outside now and it's making me sleepy for some strange reason. I guess I should go and workout to wake myself up. Good morning everyone. It's Saturday so if the weather is nice, then its time to break out the barbeque grill and get busy. Friday Thoughts #1 - 5/11/2018

Good morning everyone. It's Friday and you know what that means...the weekend is upon us. I'm glad it's hear because I'm looking forward to getting some much needed rest and to doing some grilling. It's BBQ season and I can't wait to fire up the grill this afternoon. I have some ribs and chicken and can't wait to smell it cooking in the air. I got notified by my publisher that they're sending me copies of book number four to me and I can't wait to get it in my hands. It's been a long journey to get to this point and I'm so thankful to God for giving me the gift of story telling. Anyway, I'm heading over to pick up my grandson Jeremiah so we can spend the weekend together. I'm going to begin training him on the art of barbequing so that should be fun. He's only three years old and to me you're never to young to begin learning something you're going to use for the rest of your life. When he masters the grill he begins mastering life!

Good morning everyone. Let me apologize for not doing a follow-up post yesterday evening. I got caught up with my family doing various fun activities. Anyway, I'm in my office with so many things to complete today that I'm not sure if I'll have enough time to get them all done. Anyway, I was thinking about what I could do to promote my books and boost sales. Things are slow right now I have to say it's frustrating. But I'm a firm believer in weathering the storm because it will pass like all the other storms I've faced. I need to make an appointment to see my doctor as well. Nothing major, just a routine visit to get checked out. I need to get my car up and running as well because I miss driving my Camaro. Good afternoon everyone. I had a pretty good day today with my wife and my American Legion Post 293. It was a good weekend of celebration and honoring an old World War II Veteran. He was 93 years old and as sharp as ever. Anyway, I'm going to go and spend the rest of the day with my family so take care you guys and be blessed.

Friday Thoughts #1 - 5/4/2018

Good morning everyone. I just wanted to start off today's thought on a positive note. I believe in doing the right thing and helping others. If I'm in a position to get someone in a better place I feel obligated to do that. It's been a lot of people over the years who've helped me and simply saying thank you isn't enough. Because of their kindness, I feel like I should repay them buy passing on that kindness and help to anyone that I can do it for. I think God expects us to do that and he blesses us when we do it. What I'm trying to say is to love one another and be kind and help those that you can. In the end, the Lord will smile and bless your actions tenfold. Anyway, it's Friday so let me get back to work because I want to finish strong and begin my weekend on a positive note. God bless everyone who continues to read and support me. Thursday Thoughts #1 - 5/3/2018

If you want something bad enough you have to stop being afraid to go after it. I don't know how many times I have people to come up to me and say: "man, I've always wanted to write a book" or "I always wanted to go to Paris" or "I'm too old to go back to college." I look at those individuals and tell them to grow a pair of balls and stop being chicken shit! The only person that can stop you from doing anything is YOU! I know everyone who reads this has herd that before but it's the truly courageous who aren't afraid to make a dream into a reality. FUCK BEING SCARED! GO FOR IT! Well, that's my two cents for today. Good morning everyone. It's me again sharing wisdom, love, joy and knowledge to all of those who read my messages. It's hump day so I took a moment to stop humping and to write this morning because of how I feel right now. I'm in a pretty good mood despite the various things that I'm dealing with. Nothing too out of control that I can handle, these things are more of an inconvenience than anything else. I'll do like I always have done and that's to attack them one at a time and get them taken care of. My day is pretty full as well so I need to get all of my tasks done for today so that I may relax and enjoy this new wine I bought yesterday. Tuesday Thoughts #1 5-1-2018

It's the first day of May and it still feels like it's winter outside. Not super cold but chilly enough to need a jacket. I'm ready for the sweltering heat of summer. I'd much rather sweat than shiver any day of the week. I'm in my office now after spending the morning with my as she competed in the senior games in Wilson NC. She ran the one meter dash, shot put and discus throw. She did really well and I'm proud of her. Who knows, maybe next year I'll dust off my cleats and give it a shot.
