Good afternoon family. I had a doctors appointment this morning and I got a great report. My cholestoral was good and every other test I had went great as well. I'm in my office now working on my usual stuff and today's been pretty great so far. I'll have to be very short today because of the amount of work I have to do. Weekend Focus - 9/22/2018
Good morning to all the individuals who read my messages. It's Saturday morning just before 9am and I'm in my office coming to you live and awake. After two weeks we finally got the plumbing issues fixed in our house. It sucked having to go out to the street and turn the water on and off in order to take showers and to do laundry. It's so hard to find a decent contractor but we finally did and he will be doing any future work for us.
I want to take the time today to push myself but not as hard as I would during a regular week day. It is the weekend and I want to relax as much as possible. I had my grandkids this week so it's going to be nice to have the weekend off to rest and relax. I have some research I need to get done and a few job applications that I want to submit. My niece is going to Germany for a new job and I'm so happy for her. I'd love an opportunity like that and I plan on looking into it as well.
Well, let me get going now so I won't be in my office all day. There's football to be watched with wings, chips and salsa to be enjoyed. Have a great Saturday everyone and make the most of this day.

Attack Today! - 9/19/2018
Good morning everyone. Attack today with a passion and vigor to win! I got up this morning with a very positive attitude towards today and I wanted to finish today feeling great about myself. I wanted to feel as though I did everything I wanted to do and to look at myself in the mirror and smile big. So far, so good I think. My plate is full and my stomach is empty. I'm on a mission today to fill my stomach with accomplishments and to clear my mind of negative thinking. Most importantly today I'm going to avoid negative people with negative energy. Today will be may Day! - 9/18/2018
I want everyone to take a chance on something new today. Let today be a day of new beginnings for your life. Stop being afraid of trying something new and simply go out and get it done. I'm in my office now working on a few new things today and it hit me all of a sudden to just simply let go and let God work his magic. He can do anything so I'm asking everyone who reads this to let go and get out of God's way.
I'm going to make sure that I take that advice as well and stay on track to my goals. Victory Is Mine! - 9/17/2018
All of us have dreams and desires that we have in our heart. Over the course of our lives we have many things that distract us and prevent us from making those dreams and desires to come true. I'm a victim of distraction sometimes by choice and sometimes by outside forces that I allow to get in the way. As my father told me when I was a teenager: "One minute you're on course to completion and the next minute you're not!" It's been so many times that I've allowed other people to get in the way of my dreams. With age, I've grown stronger and more resistant to letting that happen and I'd recommend to anyone who reads this message to do the same thing.
As 2018 draws near to the end, I'm making an effort to get alot of things on my yearly to do list done. When 2019 gets here I want to be well on my way to making so many of my long term goals a reality. I'm determined not to let distractions get in my way especially the ones brought on by Negative People. I have so many around me and I'm determined not to let those fools get in my way. Anyway, that's my final thought for tonight so let me get my glass of wine going and return to football and the UFC!

My family is doing well and we're beginning the cleanup process. Hurricane Florence was a bad storm but that bitch won't beat us here in NC or along the East Coast. "F" you Florence...you're not going to win and we're about to show you why!

Good evening family. Hurricane Florence has passed us by and turned into a tropical depression. It's still raining like crazy and the flooding is major. I can't wait until this storm finally leaves us. I'm praying for everyone affected by this storm and I hope we don't have another one to come through for the remainder of the year. Anyway, that's my prayer!
This week should be pretty busy for me and I can't wait to get it started. My challenges will be many but I feel like I'll be able to get all of the tasks I have ahead of me done. I'll be doing alot of yard work picking up branches that cover my yard. This storm has created more work for me around the house. Hurricane Florence has become a pain in the ass that's going to be felt for quit some time.

Good morning everyone. Hurricane Florence is almost here and I'm really worried about everyone that's in it's path. I pray to God that there's no loss of life or severe property damage. Tuesday Thoughts #2 - 9/11/2018
Good evening everyone. I want to reflect briefly on this day 9/11 because of the events that occured in 2001. The lives that were lost that horific day still haunt us all. We should never forget those individuals that died that day as well as the first responders who parrished as well trying to save people. NEVER FORGET THIS DAY AS LONG AS YOU LIVE!
My family and I preparing to leave the town and head to safer ground. We have a river that runs through the middle of our town and we're not going to take any chances...WE ARE LEAVING! I have to go now and finish packing so take care and I'll be back as soon as I can. God bless everyone in the path of this storm. It's going to take an act of God to survive this monster!
