Recaping This Week

This week was pretty good overall with a lot of things accomplished. I'm excited for this week because I have a semi-major goal to achieve. Man it feels great knowing I'm going to kick it's ass up one side and down the other. On a sad note, I was at my Great Aunt's funeral today and she'll be missed. She was 97 years old and one of the most amazing women I've ever met. God has a true warrior by his side because she truly loved the Lord. Well, it's time for me to leave my office and head downstairs to drink some wine and watch some TV. Be blessed everyone and enjoy the rest of your Sunday.

Saturday 1-27-2018

The best thing you can do for yourself is to seek happiness. It's a very simple thing to want to be is happy. I've known plenty of people who got to bed and wake up angry at themselves and the world. I just don't understand that way of thinking. If you think your life sucks, I'm sure they're are plenty of people who'd trade places with you in a second. Anyway, I'm in my office now about to get busy with my day so I'll be back later on to get even deeper into my own personal madness.

Friday Thoughts #2 1-26-2018

The closer I get to accomplishing one of my goals the more excited I get. I can't wait to knock this one out and move on to the next one. It's only a matter of time before that happens. I've had a few obstacles to pop up along the way and that's because I briefly took my eyes off of my goals. Don't worry friends, it was a brief distraction and nothing more. Now that I have my eyes back on the prize, I'm even more focused than ever. I'm running at the right pace and it feels great. Once I get my finance situation worked out, the skies the limit. Thank you God for the strength to keep moving forward!

I know I use the quote below of "Dream Big and Dare to Fail" alot and I'm doing that for a reason. That quote to me speaks volumes on how if you have a dream that you should pursue it relentlessly and dare not to fail. "Once you become fearless, life becomes limitless" is another one of my quotes I love because I can speak from personal experience to that particular one. The moment I began to ignore the fear of failure, reaching goals became a lot easier. Don't let negative people sway you from the path your on is advice that I'd give to any one who'd listen.

Sometimes, the people who are closes to you are the most negative. Loving them is one thing but listening to them when they try to talk you out of pursuing a dream you want to make a reality is bullshit. I told one of my relatives this just recently; "You man I love you but fuck off if you think that you'll ever talk me out of going after my destiny!" He looked at me then walked away. I could give two shits about his opinion, especially if it's negative. Negativity is the bullshit that I don't want to hear out of YOUR MOUTH! Well my friends, it's time to drink some wine and relax. Enjoy your weekends rest because you've earned it. Good night

The weekend is here and I'm glad to have reached it. I have a very busy day ahead of me and I need to get started. I'm looking forward to having a quiet weekend with my family and simply relaxing. Thursday Thoughts 1-25-2018

I'm tire of people who try to take advantage of my kindness. They think I'm weak because of it and they're so freaking wrong. I'm at the point where instead of keeping them at a distance, I'm going to cut them out of my life completely. They can keep all that negative bullshit to themselves and leave me out of it. I'm in my office doing a positive thing by working on my books, reading my bible and praying to be blessed by the Lord. I'm going to do that all day and I'm confident that God will see me through to everything that he wants me to have.

BEING NEGATIVE IS NOT THE ANSWER. POSITIVITY IS THE WAY TO LIVE!

Wednesday Thoughts 1-24-2018 #2

After a long day of getting stuff done, it was time to drink some wine and watch my favorite show of all time, the X-Files! Another awesome episode as always and the writing is really great for this season so far. I love to watch TV like this because it really makes you think. I'm in my office now and I'm getting ready to call it a night. Another hectic day is in store for tomorrow starting with going to the dentist office for a checkup. That is going to suck from the jump. I hope it doesn't hurt that much because I'll be the first to tell the dentist to stop and let me the F@ck up out of that chair! Anyway, let me go and get another glass of wine and got to bed. Take care everyone and have a great night's rest.

Wednesday Thoughts - 1-24-2018

We all have tough decisions to make in our lives. It sucks because none of us look forward to doing that, at least I don't. You may have to hurt someone's feelings but it is what it is. Life is going to be hard and there are no quick fixes or easy solutions. You have to man or woman up and face things head on. Got a call for a couple jobs here in Rocky Mount and Raleigh. Hopefully, I'll get the call for one of them. I had to do a lot of running around this morning but I was able to get most of what I needed taken care of. It's time now to do a little writing on my next book so let me get busy. Take care all.

Sunday Thoughts 1-21-2018

Today was a great day spent with my family. My wife made an excellent meal and my grandkids were here and we had a really great time together. I'd love to have Sunday dinners like that every week if possible. I watched my Patriots win and they'll be playing the Eagles in Super Bowel Fifty Two! I'm in my office now getting ready to go to bed and get as much rest as possible for a very busy Monday. This was a very good weekend for me and I'm praying to have many more like this.
