Thursday Thoughts - 4/29/21

Good afternoon everyone. I got back from the doctor's office and now I'm going to take the rest of the day off and simply do nothing! I've been awake since 4am and I'm really tired now. I have a few things I need to get done but they'll wait until tomorrow. Anyway, it's time for me to take a well needed nap and try to salvage my afternoon but I doubt I'll be able to. Cheers!!

Wednesday Thoughts - 4/28/21 Part 1

Good morning everyone. It's Wednesday, hump day and I'm in the middle of a major hump! I have a full day today and I'm pretty busy at the moment. I have contractors at my house working on the roof and they are pretty loud. I'm glad they're almost done because those hammers are giving me a migraine. I have to wash both my cars today as well and run a bunch of errands. Anyway, I can't get it done while I'm here with you guys so let me get to it. Take care and be safe out there!

Tuesday Thoughts - 4/27/21

 Good evening everyone. I put up the picture of the craft beer kit I just got from Amazon. I'm going to attempt to make some beer next week. I'm excited about the chance to get in the business of making beer. I don't know if I'll go full scale with this or not to be honest. I just hope it doesn't suck after it's done! The moment my family saw this, they were saying I should open up a craft beer brewery. My response is; "let's not get ahead of ourselves okay!" 

Anyway, I had a pretty good Tuesday and I'm having an adult beverage as I type this and eat my Chinese food. It was challenging the things I had to do today but I got the job done. I'm ready to relax and watch TV until bed. Well, let me get back to relaxing and my family. Take care.

Good morning family. It was a pretty good weekend and I'm trying to get myself together. I had a great breakfast at IHOP this morning. That omelet was amazing and truly hit the spot. I have a ton of work to get through today and a couple new projects I'm looking at as well. Anyway, if I get a chance I'll come back this afternoon with a follow-up message. Sunday Thoughts - 4/25/21

Good afternoon everyone. I just got this craft beer kit from Amazon this weekend. I'm planning on giving brewing beer a chance. I always wanted to try it and now I'll step into the competitive field of making beer. Anyway, it was another quiet laid back Sunday for me and my family. I enjoy days like this and it's so relaxing. I will have a busy week coming up and I'm ready for it. Today as a day to relax and recharge my battery for the week. Have a great Sunday everyone and be safe out there!

Wednesday Thoughts - 4/21/21

Good evening family. What a busy but great day today. I had an appointment with veterans affairs and got some stuff work on for my military service. Those guys did a pretty good job for me and it's well appreciated. I talked to an old friend of mine that I hadn't heard from in about five years and that was pretty cool. I got a lot of things done today around the house as well and that was a big help to my family. I'll be up late tonight working on my next book because of the time I spent out of the house. I like late nights anyway because it's quiet and I can focus even more. Anyway, it's time to have a glass of Yellow Tail then get to work. Take care everyone!

Monday Thoughts - 4/19/21 Part Two

Good evening family. WHAT A BUSY DAY TODAY!!! Oh my gosh am I tired and ready for bed. It was non stop phone calls, meetings and paperwork beyond your wildest imagination! I like days like this because they go by fast but at the same time, it's a lot of work. I'm hopeful that tomorrow won't be as busy as it was today. As you can see the picture of the wine I'll be sampling this week. Yellow Tail is a great brand of wine and it's been a while since I had some. I picked up this bottle and a few others yesterday. Good morning  to you all. It's Monday and I'm excited to see what the day brings. I have a full schedule to get through today and I know it's going to kick my butt! My weekend was pretty good and I got a lot of rest. I'll be working on my books today along with making a bunch of phone calls to various people. Sunday Thoughts - 4/18/21

Good evening family. Today was the type of day you dream of. It was a day of total and complete relaxation. The only sounds I heard all day were passing vehicles and an occasional bird outside my window. Just to be able to take it easy and relax is a great thing. Monday is going to be hectic and I'm thankful to get the mental rest I'll need in order to face that day. I hope everyone who reads this has had an equally restful day. I have some Yellow Tail wine that I plan on drinking here shortly. It's a pretty good wine from Australia and I know it's going to be tasty. Friday Thoughts - 4/16/21 Part 2

Good evening family. I was thinking about a few goals for me moving forward towards the summer. The first goal is already in motion and that is to get my first SciFi book complete. Based on the pace we're going right now, that should be happening. The next thing would be my children's book that I'm currently working on in my head. It usually starts there first before I put my fingers to the keyboard of my computer to begin the task of typing. Not trying to be funny or sarcastic, it's just part of my process. I want to increase my book sales overseas also. It's been going slower than I thought and I have to do something about that immediately. I want to take a nice vacation somewhere as well but with the virus in full swing, that may have to take a backseat for now. 

I had a decent trip to the doctor's office. Everything went well and I was glad to get things done. I'll probably get some writing done this weekend and maybe wash my cars. I think I might do some shopping as well. I want to get some new boots and jeans as well. Anyway, I'm at home now and my grand children just arrived for a visit. It's time to have a big glass of my Apothic wine and chill for the evening. Fun times ahead...

Friday Thoughts - 4/16/21 - Part 1

Good morning everyone. I'm moving kind of slow this morning for some reason. I didn't sleep very well last night and my head is pounding for some reason. I have a doctors' appointment this morning and I'm not looking forward to that at all. I'm trying to get as much done as possible before I get dressed and go to this appointment. I have no real plans for the weekend and will probably sit at home and relax. Work on a few of my books and do some reading. I'm going to reach out to my landscaper to come over and cut the grass and trim the hedges. I'll definitely wash the cars to get rid of the never ending pollen that keeps falling from all of the pine trees that surround my house. If I have time later on this afternoon, I'll return with a follow up message to end this weeks work. Anyway, take care all, and be safe out there!
