Good morning family. Well it's Wednesday and I'm preparing for another challenging day. My work is stacked to the ceiling and it seems like time isn't waiting on me at all. I had a good visit with my doctor yesterday and everything is on track as planned. My blood pressure was 113/75 which is really good and I was surprised at those numbers. I started working out a few weeks ago to try and get my weight under control. I want to lose a significant amount of weight because I let myself go to be honest. It's going to be tough but I'm ready to take on that challenge as well. Anyway, I have to go now so take care and I'll be back this afternoon with another message and closing thoughts on today.
