Good evening family. I forgot to mention this when it happened a few weeks ago. My site is currently down for maintenance. I hoping it will be back up before the month is out; Fingers Crossed!
I've been working on a BBQ Sauce for the last couple weeks. The sauce I created today was pretty good and it had a lemon pepper and honey base to it. It wasn't too hot and just enough sweet not to be to overwhelming. My daughter liked at a lot and that made me fee pretty good. I'm going to name my line of sauces after my dad. I want to have about four or five different flavors to possibly sell. The lemon pepper and honey was the first one that I finished today. I will be working on other flavors as the year comes to an end.
Anyway, it's been a great day today and I'll get myself ready for tomorrow morning chaos. Be safe and enjoy the rest of your evening.
