Good morning everyone. It's the first day of the new year and I'm going to treat it like it's any other day to be honest. I'm not excited about today at all. I'm simply going about my business as usual. I worked out today for the first time in over a year and it felt great. I don't make new year resolutions at all. I decided to get myself back into shape as one of my new goals for the new year. I went to Planet Fitness and worked out for an hour. It made me feel alive again and I will continue to do that until I reach my best weight and health condition.
I decided to start off the year with a positive attitude towards the changes I want to make for myself. No more bullshit and no more negative people in my life. Those assholes will no longer get one second of my attention; period! Fuck them and everything they stand for. No more will I allow outside forces to interfere with what I'm trying to accomplish. Even if that force is a relative or close friend. These fuckers won't succeed in getting in my way. I am determined to be a better husband, father, provider, grand father and friend moving forward.
2022 will represent major changes in my life. The first change just happened when I got up and worked out this morning. I'm going to let that take on a "snow ball" effect and lead the way to a better me. No more excuses and lying to myself. No more bullshit in my life moving forward.
