Good morning all. It's a great day to be alive. I'm so happy to be at this point in my life. I'm happy for my family and my friends. I got up this morning and took my grandson to school this morning. My little man was happy and excited to go to school. I'm so proud of him and I hope he continues to do great in school.
I went to Planet Fitness and had a great workout this morning. It always made me feel good after I have a great workout. I haven't lost any weight yet and that's fine. If I do, then that's great. If not, shit happens. Anyway, I'm in my office and ready to attack my day. Fingers crossed that all of my goals get reached and surpassed.
