Good morning family. It's Monday morning and I'm ready to face every challenge that's ahead of me. I had a good weekend with my family and watched a lot of football as well. All of my teams lost and that sucked. My Red Sox are in the toilet so no baseball playoffs this season. Oh well, 2022 has been a so so year for my sports teams but I still have joy. As it's been said over and over again, there's always next season! If you count this month, there are four months left so I have to made each of these last months count. I hope that the VA comes through soon so I can move to the next phase of my life. I want to continue working out and building strength so that I can be a healthy grand father to my grand kids. Anyway, I have a full schedule today so let me get to it. God bless you all.
