Good afternoon family. It's the first message of 2023. Let me apologize for being late. I've been busy working on my books that are scheduled for completion this year. I had a good trip in Las Vegas with my wife. It could have been better but it is what it is. We recieved the opportunity to come back to Las Vegas for a four day three night trip this year as well. Trust me, we will be going back for sure. We bought a timeshare resort in Florida while we were out there and that's pretty cool. I'm excited about this year and what's to come.
