DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO SUCCEED! 2/17/2023

Good afternoon family. It's Friday and thank goodness the weekend is here. I've been working on making beer with my home beer kit. It's day ten whicbh is the day you taste it to see if the fermentation process is complete. If after ten days the beer taste sweet, you need to let it continue to sit for another four days. If the beer has a flat taste, then it's ready to be bottle and to continue the brewing process. It was tasted and it was found to have some sweetness to it. So, I'll have to wait another four days before the beer can be bottled. This is a new hobby for me and it's fun. I'll begin the process of making whiskey next. Wish me luck! My day was pretty full and I'm almost done with all my work. I had another great writing session today to close out the week. I'm going to take it easy this week and chill. I'll probably make more BBQ sauce and get caught up on some of my reading. Anyway, let me get back to it so I can finish and get my weekend started.
